The pool area is beautifully maintained.

The sunbed situation is frustrating. There aren't enough beds for the number of guests, leading to a scramble for loungers each morning.

everything was perfect, competent staff, ideal location short walk to lovely beach and bus stop, the restaurant too and the airport. the food was savoury, with a huge variety of options. had silent and neat room, it included a balcony and a living area.

The One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony was spacious and featured a comfortable layout. Having a kitchenette with a fridge was convenient, especially for quick snacks before heading out to explore.

The air conditioning in the apartment struggled to keep up with the heat. The sunbed reservation policy was a hassle. Many were left unused while guests scrambled each morning to claim one. The buffet food was quite repetitive, lacking variety for those with dietary restrictions. It was frustrating that items like pots and pans were only available on request, requiring an unexpected deposit, which wasn't communicated ahead of time. Cleanliness standards in shared areas left something to be desired, with hand towels and toilet paper often running out by evening. The indoor pool was not well-maintained, showing signs of neglect that detracted from the overall experience.

The One-Bedroom Apartment I stayed in was spacious. The staff provided really good service, always ready to help, which enriched my overall experience. The pool area was immaculate, even on days when the weather turned bad. I also appreciated the indoor pool and gym facilities, which allowed us to stay active .

The air conditioning in the apartment didn't seem to keep up with the heat, leading to some uncomfortable nights.

We stayed in a One-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony, and it was spacious and clean. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, very much appreciated in the heat. The bathroom felt pretty dated, and the shower was not great at all. There was a kitchen area which added some convenience, but nothing too fancy. It was comfortable enough for our stay.

Great vibes but could be cleaner!

The staff were super friendly, better. The room had a weird smell, and the shower was kinda broken. Location is awesome though, close to beach and shops!

The hotel offered lovely, well-kept gardens that was just like walking through a charming grandmother's backyard. It was so peaceful, I could almost hear the birds sing as I relaxed by the pool, refreshingly inviting.

More accessible seating in common areas would be helpful.

I had an amazin 4 nights at the hm mar blau! The one-bedroom apartment was super spacious and clean, and we loved the pool area with tons of sun loungers. The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially at the bar! Indoor pool was a nice bonus, especially when the weather wasn't great. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and stores.

The food was kinda repetitive and not as great as i expected for an all-inclusive. The air conditioning in the room didn't work well, kinda uncomfortable at night.

The stay was awesome, especially enjoying the great pool area and relaxing in the beautiful gardens. There's an indoor pool and plenty of sun loungers to chill on, perfect for winding down. The only downside was the shower pressure, which could've been better, but it didn't ruin our good vibe! 🌞

Couple seeking a decent escape

The staff were friendly, especially the bar staff, who made sure we felt welcome and provided some killer drinks. The pool area was super clean, we enjoyed lounging around after a day of exploring.

It wasn't inexpensive but still reasonable for what we received.
